Units in the Palmerston Business Junction Project are competitively priced and structured, to make the cost of ownership similar to the cost of leasing a unit. A down payment of at least 35% is required by financial institutions for commercial properties. The down payment is payable in increments, until full amount is reached, as specified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. A certain percentage shall be owed at the time of signing the APS, with the remaining payable as per the payment schedule.

Monthly costs will mainly include, but are not limited to, a mortgage payment, condominium fee, and the cost of utilities. All utilities are the responsibility of the unit owner/user, resulting in complete control of this expense.
